Welcome to the very first post in our new weekly series, TBD Thursdays. Usually, “TBD” stands for “to be determined” but that’s so wishy-washy. Our “TBD” means “To Be Done!” (this weekend, this year, at some future date TBD. Oops.). We’ll post new skills we’re determined to try, gear we plan to buy, a new place we’re dying to paddle. Stuff like that. Then we’ll count on you to hold us to it. OMG. 🙂
Today’s to-do is a triple whammy! 1) We aim to paddle in the Pacific NW in July; and 2) we hope to do so with Shawna and Leon, i.e., Body Boat Blade International, of Orcas Island, Washington, and 3) this: (click for video)
OMG.
I’m currently reading the autobiography of Sir Ranulph Fiennes, “Mad, bad and dangerous to know”, you seem to lead a dangerous life too! 🙂
Hello, Dina! We are blushing, but we assure you that we have no inclination whatsoever to walk to the South Pole!! Thank you so much for putting that autobiography on our radar 🙂 It will soon find a spot in the stack. By the way, we recently discovered a blog of a TRULY mad, bad, dangerous-to-know kayaking couple in Scotland… check it out: kelpscotland.com
Not something I would like to try.
No pressure, Shimon! 🙂
